Loved our well-equipped and a nice size rooms, plus the staff was fabulously helpful. The hotel served the best continental breakfast we had.

Our room was brand-new and well-appointed equipped with a nice mini kichenette and a separate bedroom, as example, paid US$ 98.

It was surely a really good stay for the holiday. Huge room, comfortable bed and we really enjoyed large bathroom. The hotel provided us with central heating, pay TV, and a microwave.

Great that they have Disability Access rooms with a comfortable sofa and wine, as example; everyone is welcome here. The food was good and the breakfast was savoury and great.

The employees are outstandingly helpful and attentive. Their rooms are always brand-new and well-equipped with cookies and the most comfortable king size bed, as example. The location is unbeatable, close to the airport. And it's just off the pier or Pike's Market and Southcenter Mall and attractions and shopping.

It has exceptionally clean and huge rooms with a refrigerator, coffee/tea makers, and a work desk. Good food options are available for continental breakfast.

I stayed at Larkspur for a week and loved it. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed. The location was convenient, with bus stops nearby and plenty of walking options. It was a joy to walk past the Wizards of the Coast office every morning. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel felt safe. I particularly enjoyed having a kitchen in the room with all the appliances I needed.

It's a clean and newly remodelled hotel. The location it has so close to major shopping areas, Southcenter, and the airport is quiet.

Clean, boutique hotel, I liked a nice size rooms and very amiable staff. The location was peaceful, in the area for several days, in the very very nice area. Again, it was 10 mins drive from Liberty Park. I've had a peaceful stay on holidays.

I recently stayed at Larkspur for a few nights and was impressed with the small kitchen and room layout. It was perfect for my needs. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the staff provided excellent service throughout my stay. The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to access from the 167 highway. I also appreciated the extra bedding provided for the pullout sofa bed, which made it much more comfortable. Larkspur Landing was a great place to stay, especially for the price.

The hotel's location was central, in the area for several days. Besides, it was right by Pike's Market.

Absolutely perfect central location, adjacent to the cruise terminal, Pike's Market and both Renton and Bellevue.
